2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the online platform papers.ad and its associated mobile applications, as well as the contracting of services for company incorporation, accounting management, compliance, and administrative support in Andorra and Malta.

The use of the platform grants the status of User and implies full acceptance of all the provisions included in this text.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Papers offers a technological solution ("fintech") for business management that includes:

Company Formation: Digital management of procedures for establishing companies in Andorra and Malta.
Online Accounting: Access to a dashboard for invoice uploads and viewing financial statements, managed by licensed accountants.
Compliance: Monitoring tax and legal deadlines.
Document Management: Secure storage of corporate documentation via the platform.

Important Notice: Papers is not a law firm or a traditional administrative consultancy. We operate as a technology provider and digital intermediary. Professional services are executed by duly authorized accountants and corporate service providers in each jurisdiction.

4. USER REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access the services, the User must register. The User commits to:

Provide real, updated, and truthful information.
Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Immediately notify any unauthorized use to hola@papers.ad.

5. FINANCIAL TERMS AND PAYMENT

Pricing: The service prices are indicated on papers.ad and may be subject to taxes (IGI in Andorra) depending on the User's status.

Subscriptions: Accounting services are provided on a subscription basis with automatic renewal unless the User requests cancellation within the established timeframes.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards and other integrated digital methods are accepted.

6. DISCLAIMER

FUNDS PROVISION AND NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS: The parties expressly agree that any amount paid in advance as a provision of funds, reservation, or advance is considered non-refundable. In the event of resolution, suspension, or termination of the professional relationship for reasons unrelated to the diligence and work performed by Papers (including, but not limited to, the client's unilateral decision, force majeure, or actions by third parties/administrations), Papers will be fully exempt from any obligation to refund these amounts. These amounts will be retained as compensation for availability, administrative tasks, and the resources allocated up to the termination date.

ADVICE: The content of this website is for general informational and educational purposes. Papers is not a law firm and does not offer official legal, tax, or financial advice. Any business decision made by the user based on the platform's information is at their sole responsibility.
BANKING SERVICES AND THIRD PARTIES: Papers facilitates contact and introduction to partner banking entities (such as Revolut, MoraBanc, Andbank, or Creand). However, Papers does not guarantee the opening of any bank account, as the final approval depends solely on the internal compliance criteria (KYC/AML) and the risk policies of each financial institution.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY: Papers strives to keep the platform operational for as long as possible but is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance tasks, technical updates, or force majeure beyond our control.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (LQPD)

In accordance with Law 29/2021 (LQPD), Papers Andorra SL informs that the personal data collected will be processed to manage the contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering).

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents (texts, designs, logos, and software) on papers.ad are the property of Papers App Ltd. or Papers Andorra SL. Their reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

9. FORMATION PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES

The User agrees that the establishment timeframes are indicative:

Andorra: Approximately 30-45 days (subject to governmental validation).
Malta: Approximately 24-72 hours once documentation is completed.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Andorra.
